OsteoCertus designs, manufactures and sells products of very high quality. Any OsteoCertus product that fails to perform as intended under normal use will be replaced or credited, at no cost to the customer, provided the failure occurred within the use limits listed below. Depending on the circumstances, Osteocertus may require return of the failed product to conduct an investigation and determine appropriate corrective action.
- Implants: No time limit
- Instruments, except drilling and cutting tools: No time limit
- Drilling and cutting tools (drill bits, k-wires, cutters): One month from date of purchase
- Power tools: One year from date of purchase
- Batteries: Six months from date of purchase
